Domestic EPCs

Since 2009, all property being sold or offered for rent in the UK needs to have a valid EPC in place and be available for prospective buyers or tenants to view.

The EPC is derived from an EU initiative to improve energy efficiency across all EU member countries. It aims to provide key information relating to

• the energy efficiency of a property
• the environmental impact of a property

as well as recommendations on how the energy efficiency of the property might be improved.

Surrey Energy Consultants aim to provide a fast, efficient service producing these reports, using fully accredited assessors to undertake all work.
